Uh! Wow! I didn't know I was in the US?? I thought I was still stuck here in Australia! I think I must have written a very weird text coz so far I've woken two people at 4am... had one of them think I accidently told her I loved her and must have intended the message for someone else... been asked where I am... been mistakenly welcomed to the USA (Oh I wish I were!!) and all of this while I am coping with my mother sort of yelling things about long distant cousins from the other room...

Sorry everyone... I am definitely in Australia... I love it here and it's warm and all but I cannot wait to be in the US again... and as Rosie said, soon! But - don't expect a visit coz I am only going to be there for a week or so as a stop over on my way to the UK...

Ummmm... not sure I'm ready to say who I'm visiting just yet...

but I suspect it will become obvious soon enough, just give me another month (or perhaps 6 weeks) and I doubt I'll be able to keep it to myself (actually it's obvious I haven't since so many of you are dropping hints!)

I am in the process of packing things and selling things and storing things and just trying to get my 'stuff' together!

Don't worry Rosie - I am bursting to tell everyone myownself and I will give you a hug some time in the next year or so!

And this is the Baileys IceCream - I took a photo just for this thread coz I knew you guys would understand... I had a combination of tiramisu and Baileys!

Then we went to the Roayl Botanical Gardens, staked a claim on a little bit of grass and appeared to look intently at a lake at the bottom of the hill!

Soon it got dark and a magical, (well... inflatable) screen rose up from the surface of the lake... and we watched...

Yeah sorry... it was Grease! I had left my camera at home so all I had was my mobile - it's funny how wonderful my mobile seemed when I didn't have a camera... but now!

Well... that's enough about me... ummm...

OK... I give up! The rumours and speculation are driving me silly and I am bursting to tell everyone - though now I've waited until you're mostly going to bed...

I will be in the USA at the start of March (most probably) for a week or two on my way to live in the UK for a year where I am going to be working as a live-in nanny for at least 12 months.

Last year at D*C, among the many wonderful browncoats I met there was someone I was especially attracted to, and we've been getting to know each other via email, text and phone conversations... so I am spending a couple of weeks with 'Naughtyman' (PVT Jones from the 76th for those of you who are part of the Battalion family too!)

So there you go! Big secret is out and I am very happy

and spending time with him is what's keeping me sane at the moment!

(I am going to hae a hard time leaving my kids here in Australia though... my 3 kids I nanny for the last 7 years are going to be the hardest folk to leave, but so are my family (including 5 neices and nephews), friends (including one of my best friends who's just told me she's pregnant!) and others whom I babysit and nanny on a regular basis...)

So that big grin is not big enough as far as I am concerned!!!

days is slowly improving, feel somewhat left out as being a paid up rationalist non believer I have no soul to offer HK!

I wonder whether she should have to declare to the bar's doorman her lethal capabilities? I have a mate who has numerous martial art abilities and used to by law have to report if he was carrying training weapons to doorman if he stopped off at the pub on the way home although they generally looked blank. Which seems daft, I reckon even a rubber nunchuck would be somewhat useful in a bar brawl.

I'm rambling now, only human contact today has been distressed users and I think I am going noisily mad.

ah I feel better, just having someone apply logic to what I said rather than an emotional I hate computers so I refuse to use even basic common sense, which I must have to do the job I am employed to do. Of course, I don't have a soul, not just a lack of belief so much as they don't exist (inserts disclaimer, I respect people of faith and their views, I just respectfully think they're wrong) but of course, if there are different states of souls, they could have say different energy levels and in effect be quantum [say both existing and not existing {or the soul & The Soul}]...

Back from a day of sick. Unfortunatly this is long term sick until I can get it fixed. Not looking forward to that, but I gotta get into a doctor firts, spent all day yesterday trying to get the doc's office to call me back or answer the phone so I could make an appointment. Grrr.
