I think he is actually an excellent leader. He puts the team before the individual in operational situations, he never asks someone to do something he either hasn't or wouldn't do himself, and he (rarely) puts what he wants in the way of what is right. He is an optimal leader in many sitautions. Not sure if he is appropriate to run a school, but I haven't seen him in the situation so I can't comment. I do understand how he defiantely needs someone to fill the gaps for him and his personality. Having an unstable partner makes it kinda difficult to not be a dick. But that is just his personality.

LOl HUGS Zeek... I feel your pain. The only thing worse is a parent insisting on a 6 am meeting and then you get there and wait and they never show up... but 8 am bites big time and doesn't seem all that productive as no one is awake or anything at that hour...

As to weather (that question almost sounds like a cliche... No offence), I'd have to say late spring, where it's closer to summer than winter, but it isn't quite full-force summer when you feel like you're half-swimming and wilting. And I don't even get pretty tropical scenery or anything like that when it gets to be summer, just grass and cows *grr argh*
