Firefly for Audio adventures anyone?

has anyone else thought of this yet? When doctor who got cancelled in the UK Big Finsh took up the mantle and produced monthly episodes on CD to make up for no tv show. They are well made and very well scripted. They also have the original casts of the various incarnations. Why don't they do they for Firefly until a tv show gets made?

I've often thought an animated movie would be a good idea--far lesser budget, the actors can go to work in sweats. DC and Marvel have both done great and sucessful animated movies, so the market is definitly there.

Thought of. And I even tried a very brief and ineffectual stab at it myself. If you look into the history of the Big Finish Audios you'll find that before they had the license from the beeb they and several other groups were just....doing it. The folks at Big Finish even had some of the real actors at times before they were "legit".

My plate is way too full these days to try and run such an operation, but I would be thrilled to do some voicing if it got off the ground.
