Ok, this is mostly for the UK contingent (and possibly those of you who get BBC US), so I beg the fobearance of those of you who don't fall fall into those catagories.

I had an auduition for Mastermind earlier this week which went well (as far as I'm concerned, anyway), and one of my specialist subject choices is all about our favourite series in the entire 'verse. I'll find out how it went in a couple of weeks, and will keep you all posted.

Wish me luck in getting on and spreading word of the shinyest show in existance.

Yeah good luck, that's a tough show.

I've seen some of Mastermind in the past back when Magnus Magnusson was still hosting and some of those questions are really hard, even when I thought I was pretty well up on the subject.

Gotta give kudos to anyone willing to go through with it.

I wish you all the best in getting on. If you do definitely let us know how it goes and when the show will be aired.

Does Clive Anderson host it now?

It's John Humphrys that hosts it now.

Shooting starts in late March, but I'll hear sometime in the next few weeks as to if I've been selected.
