Cheers everyone!

Yeah I'm new here so I'm just gonna tell a bit about myself. Hope you all don't mind. Anyways, I've been a fan of Firefly right from the start. I've seen all the episodes including the unaired Serenity pilot. And now after seeing 5 eps I can easily say that Firefly is definitely my favorite along with Jeremiah. Other shows I'm currently watching this season are:
(in order of most fave to least fave)
- Jeremiah / Firefly
- Buffy / Smallville / Angel
- 24
- Star Trek Enterprise
- Alias
- John Doe
- Birds Of Prey

I'm also a big fan of X-Files & Twin Peaks. And I'll be watching Babylon 5 as soon as season 1 gets released on DVD.

Thoughts On Firefly so far:

What I like best:
- the characters. Their chemistry works.
- the storyline ideas. The reavers, the alliance, Battle of Serenity, Simon & Rivers history. I think there's a whole lot to look forward to.

What I like least:
- the theme song. Since Western shows are usually associated with country/blues songs and SciFi shows are associated with electronica music, I wished that Joss would've made an electronic/country/blues song. I think that would've sounded fair.
- the Friday night scheduling.

Anyhow, thatz it for now. I'm definitely gonna have a good time here!

OAsis references are good. I liked them in 95, but it wasn't obsession. I was a young one then.. hehe.. But i've been a serious fan for about 5 years. I went to a concert this summer!!! heeh.. I love Noel's music so much
