I wanted to install a mod for KOTOR 2, I'm just not sure how. If anyone can help that would be awesome.

P.S. I've already searched the interweb, and didn't find anything useful.

I wanted to install some third party modifications to my videogame, I wanted to know if there was something I have to type in or change in the programing to do it, or if I just hit an install button.

Don't know about your game but when I get third party mods for my Half-Life and Half-Life 2 games, they come with installers. Or at least a readme file that tells you how to install it.

ok i dont know how to private message on this site, so im posting this here. jossisagod, in reference to ur message, what do u mean by "a password u dont have now"? r u talking about a password u used to have but changed? or is it asking u to input a password in order to activate it or whatever? cuz if its the latter, u probably need to register on whatever site ur downloading it from. my cousin's not online right now so i can't ask him @_@

It's a password required to add the modifications to the game. The website doesn't seem to require a sign-up to download the mod. To privately message people on this site, click on their screen names, and enter their profile page, on the left side of the page is a private message section. Hope that clears up how to private message from this site.

geh, can't reach the cuz' so I'd suggest you email the provider and ask them how, cuz I know they have tech support for this kind of stuff in case someone gets stuck, I do it all the time when I have trouble lol

The most common way to install a KOTOR mod is to unzip the files to your Override folder. You may have to create it- it would just be something like C:\Program Files\Lucasarts\KOTOR\override\, but I don't have the game installed anymore, so I'm not certain. There's lots of tutorials and forums just for that over here - http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filefront.com/
