This warning is for those Browncoats who buy movies and the like because the actors from our beloved show are in them. So, to proceed (it'll save you three awful hours)

Okay, this movie came out, it's on DVD by now, it's called Sands of Oblivion, and I bought it at BestBuy because I thought it would be funny to watch (It had Morena and Adam playing a couple. A soon-to-be-divorced couple, but a couple). DON"T BUY IT. Or rent it. Or even come near it. It is incredibly bad. Not even in a funny way. Just BAD.

I went through the entire movie, thinking "Okay, this has to get better, because there's absolutely no way for it to get worse." But, guess what it did. It got worse. Way worse. It is so bad, I wouldn't view it if someone paid me to, it's that bad.

C'mon Leopard, the first half isn't too.... OK, it is really bad!
I saw it on SciFi channel last year, and you're right. All through the first half I kept saying "It's silly, but maybe it will get better." Then it got worse, and worse, until I was almost cringing.

At least Adam and Morena looked pretty (well, Adam for most of the film!)

As soon as I saw it was a Sci-Fi original, I was like, Oh, good GRIEF - how could Adam AND Morena get THAT desperate!?!!? Never laid eyes on it and never wanted to. Conjured at best it'd give the Jaynara types (yes, I've met a few) something to squee about. After 'Mammoth', though....I only caught the last 20-odd minutes of that movie but that was the first and last Sci-Fi original I could bear to lay eyes on. Even Summer-love ain't worth that piece of fei-oo.

hey I actually liked Mammoth. it was funny. Only saw the end of sands, but I am seeing Adam twice this year and it could be funny to bring in the cover to get signed.
