I'm a Brit; so are Gee, Wytchcroft, EmmaRigby and Hobbleit, to name a few. However, I think we're all south of the border, though I could be wrong.

Hi!

I'm in SE London, England.

I'd barely even heard of Firefly until 2 months ago, but now I've seen them all and Serenity (thanks to a cool goth-ish woman in my office getting me into it). I'm not into dressing-up etc particularly, or anything like that, but if you hear of a good Comic Con or such like near-ish to London (happy to travel a fair way actually) I'd be willing to go.

I just want to show my appreciation for such an on-the-level and clever TV show etc :-D

Mike, 33, cheesy.

I'm a fellow Scottish Browncoat, and I know of at least three others from this site...so you're not alone.

Here are some other places UK Browncoats hang out:

There have been Serenity Charity Screenings in Scotland other years. There was some problem this year.

There are some UK screenings being arranged. Not in Scotland I think.

No UK Affiliate events yet. These are events without theater screenings.

Welcome aboard Stillflying666!

Which part of Scotland are you in? Are you in/near the central belt?

I live near Edinburgh.

There are tonnes of UK 'Coats here, more than people think. The same applies to Scottish 'Coats. Hitman, Bellona and DarwinRiver are some of the other Scots on this site, who I've interacted with.

On a separate note, there's going to be a shindig in August, (the 16th) for Browncoats and SG: Atlantis fans alike. The second Scottish Collectormania event, at the Braehead shopping arena, is being held on the 23rd. It's an ideal opportunity for fans to meet up and chill out. The shindig will be held at Dow's pub, opposite Queen street station, Glasgow. (Starts from noon.)

I R Edimburger.

'That torpedo hit us hard. We've got serious damage to the thrusters, heat warping in the secondary camshaft and the right side emergency jets completely knackered. We can't thrust, our shafts bent, and we'll probably never shoot off from the right hand again!'
