Mornin' stats VOMP!

Firefly is falling behind our goal of makin' 750k by the end of the Poll, again!

Based on RL's announcement that he will end the Polls when the combined total votes between the Top 40 and the Nominations reaches 10 million (but no later than January 2, 2009), 62.76 (65.1) days remain to vote, based on current rates of voting (as with everything else in this Poll, this time will fluctuate).

We don't get our numbers back up, instead of flyin' high, we could end up on the drift without a compression coil.

Our ultimate goal, 750,000 votes, is 64,946 (65,974) votes, and 63.18 (65.19) days away! We're slipping behind our target date, and need to maintain a daily average of 1,031 (1,000) votes! Let's keep those daily totals up!

Yesterday, Browncoats voted 1,028 (1,012) times, 16 more than the previous day. Shiny, but, for the balance of the Poll, we need numbers that'll get us to 750k!

Total votes Xena: 529,506 (529,018)

Yesterday, Xenites voted 487 (488) times, 1 fewer than the previous day.

(Xenites voted 541 (524) times fewer than Browncoats, yesterday.)

Firefly is 155,549 (155,008) votes ahead of Xena, more than the vote total of #21 show Trapper John, M.D. 148,279. That puts us at 19,451 (19,992) votes away from a 175,000 vote lead, about 35.95 (38.15) days, based on current voting.

We got our next banner, for 685,000 votes, today! Shiny!

7,478,431 (7,464,832) Top 40 votes have been counted as of 06/19/08. Yesterday, 13,599 (13,433) votes were cast. Our share of the voting pie remains at 9%.

In other TV Vote news (shows whose voters also support Firefly and the Whedonverse, so, let's return the favor, shiny? We accomplish more together than we would separately! Let's continue to support our friends! Browncoats never leave a friend behind!):

#5 show Battlestar Galactica got 496 (475) votes, and, is currently receiving enough votes to overtake #4 show, Gunsmoke, which got 305 (311) votes, yesterday, in 87.01 (102.5) days.

#6 show Buffy the Vampire Slayer got 658 (673) votes, yesterday, not receiving enough votes to pass BSG by the end of the Poll.

#11 show Angel got 583 (567) votes, yesterday, receiving enough votes to pass #10 show Combat!, which received 393 (408) votes, in 1.51 (2.99) days.

Vump - FT, no puppy is fine - she had her stitches out from her spaying surgery - this was the 7 pound rat terrorist (6 years old) who is the boss of the house and a real funny demon dog (one of the lesser demons, but a demon nonetheless). She apparently pulled a muscle or tendon in her shoulder and had a terrible limp so it was off to the vets' this morning. She is okay, however the only way I will be able to follow their instructions (keep her quiet, no stairs, no running, no jumping) is to attach a bowling ball to her and I am currently working on that. (Just kidding).
