I've quit caffeine before, "cold turkey", without any adverse repercussions. Just depends on your physiology and how your body acclimates itself to the drug.

good luck with that kid,

toe is ok, walking without a limp but still really sore on the top of the toe where the nail bed was treated so not close to being able to put a shoe on so mainly just frustrated and exhausted all the time which is a pain as I have just had one deadline past and my final two are in the next week.

Yeah I was drinking that much and then quit cold turkey... the headaches were monsterous...now I can hardly have any caffeine but I'm trying to work my way up to having a bit more
