Life after death. I've done some reading, and it's creepy.

I have read many books on the subject of life after death. Most are about a spiritual existance in heaven. Very pleasant and reassuring.

I have also just finished reading a book called 23 minutes in Hell by Bill Wiese.

Very, very creepy stuff. The author claims to have a first hand encounter in hell for 23 minutes.
Demons, torture, and unbearable heat.
He claims there are different plains of hell.
I have heard of these cases before, mainly an angry 30 year old man who was struck by lightning, clinically dead for 20 minutes, and he recounted his hell experience also. He was so happy to be alive again, he became a preacher using his own story as a tool to convert non-believers.
