I'm not a fan of WoW (although I did consider playing for the references alone, and their are a lot of them), but I do play Guild Wars. And so far...I believe I've noticed two, one being a character called Kaylee, although that could just be a name similarity, though I doubt it, since it's the same spelling and all. And the other was something a character said, and I can't remember what it was, but I think it was the 'chain of command' quote...

Not too mention that in one of the other campaigns (which I am yet to play), there's a ship shaped like a fish called the Halcyon (Halcyon is similar in meaning to Serenity), and inside you find it's crew of 9, who have many similarities and some even go as far as to say quotes of their character. (Jayne's double is called Khim, and Mal's is called Rion I believe.) You do a quest for them called The Halcyon Job, among others, and some of the creatures you have to kill for the quests are referred to as reavers and use the reaver backstory which is revealed at the end of Serenity.
