barkeep, some of the Good Stuff please ><

our PT monitor at the base just informed me that I have to retake my PT test by february (i failed it last time because of a painful knee problem I was trying to hide). Only problem being I have to run outside (and I've taken an exercise hiatus for the holidays) and my lungs + cold air = very much pain and inability to breathe >< this should be good.
