I always loved Barbara Luna. She played the lovely Captain's Woman Marlena Moreau in Trek's Mirror Mirror, appeared in several original Twilight Zones and Outer Limits, my favorite being It Crawled Out Of The Woodwork, co-starring Ed Asner, and fellow Trekker Michael Forrest. Also, she was Koori, Hawk's mate on Buck Rogers. She guest starred on just about every TV show in the 60's including Wild Wild West, The Invaders, Man From Uncle, Gunsmoke, Bonanza, Hawaii Five-O, etc. etc. The convention is at the Sheraton on Cypress Creek. I'll be the one stuffing my face with $5 pretzels.

I don't have my scrapbook right here in front of me for comparison, but I think she might be hands-down the single hottest of all Kirk's...liaisons. I'm thinking abdomen here, man...abdomen... Good luck with the pretzels - hope you get her autograph! It was like that when we got here!

She also had great emotional acting abilities, able to go from soft and sultry to tough and threatening almost instantly. Not many actresses can do that with believeability; another one from Trek who had a similar style was France Nuygen, who I'd like to meet someday too.
