Hehe... been thinkin' these up today! Thought I'd post 'em! Please add your own to this pointless fun! Maybe I'll post 'em all on my webpage if I ever finish it.

All I really need to know in life I learned from Firefly:

-When all else fails, kick someone into the engine intake
-A companion doesn't kiss and tell
-save dozens of lives and re-attach a girls leg, and you'll get a hampster named after you. Drop a box and they'll write heroic songs about you.
-Hampsters is nice
-Some people juggle geese
-Sleepiness is weakness of character, ask anyone!
-The best parties are the ones where the dress code's easy and you know all the steps
-If you initially don't like someone, chances are you'll wind up marrying them
-Hair can be a terrifying thing
-There's a special hell reserved for people who talk in the theatre
-When a pretty girl gives you wine, always make sure you know what it's for before drinking it
-You don't play a player
-Never punch someone at a fancy party unless you know how to use a sword
-"Don't" really means "it's manly and impulsive"

hehehe

- Try not to think of it as "My enemies want to kill me," and more as "I have an oppertunity to embarrass my enemies by not dying."

-Never kiss 'em on the mouth.

- Sick people are hi-lairious

- Never underestimate women. She's a one-night stand one minute, the next, she's stealing your job.

- The bible does not make any logical sense. Apparently, that's the point...

- People need heroes. In the absence of real heroes they will cling to the nearest thing viciously.

- "Ugly" is a pretty broad term. Sometimes you might need to be a bit more specific.

- The point of swearing is that it ain't appropriate.

- But sometimes swearing is approprite.

- You are never too old to play with toy dinosaurs.

- Never try to sueduce a man who A) has a wife that could kill him with her pinky, B) loves his wife, and C) wants to live.

- Sometimes just surviving to life another day is an act of heroism.

- Sometimes when things get broke, they can't be fixed.

- Tight pants: Them's damn sexy.

NONONSENSE

My two cents:

- there is no need to talk when a job needs to get done.

- there are diamonds the size of testicles

- it takes less than an inch of pressure to cut skin (as they teach at whore academies)

- teenage pranks are fun when you're about to die

- low down dirty deceivers are deceiving

-When you parents want to send you to a school for smart people-don't go. You end up crazy and your brother ends up having to put you in a box to get you out.

-You can fit a seventeen year old girl in a suti-case like thing. It's easy.

-It's okay to name your gun.

-A pretty girl is still pretty when she's covered in grease.

-Th peopleyou think would never be heros, often are.

Ok, not very good. ut, I thought I'd through my 2 cents in.

Something's going down tonight! Something with the man!

If the poster you saw was the "Firefly Life Lessons" poster, then you can download it!

Here are links to 3 different file sizes from which to choose:

(I've put the word "(dot)" instead of the actual dot because it causes the ACTUAL files to load, and they're pretty big! Just remember to replace the (dot) with the real thing... )

For the "Firefly Life Lessons" Poster:

Smaller file (748 KB), good for viewing (faster with dial-up connection):

Large file (1.6 MB) for viewing, or small print:

REALLY BIG file (9.1 MB), more suitable for larger printing (broadband, or a lot of patience, suggested):

This is also the poster that was presented to Joss Whedon, Tim Minear and the Firefly cast.

Everyone's monitors and printers vary, but the poster should be a nice warm golden, reddish-brown color. Should have a burnished Old West feel. For a really nice look, print on matte heavyweight paper rather than glossy. The matte paper has a nice finish and goes with the feel of the poster better.

It can be printed any size, depending on resolution of course, but was formatted for A3 size and aspect ratio. A3 measures 11.7" x 16.5".

Too much information? Sorry... but this one's my baby and I like to provide extra info so it can be printed at its best!
