Man! I'm posting a LOT today! LOL

I'm looking for a very particular .wav or .mp3 of the music played in "Serenity" (the pilot). It's the at the beginning of the episode, right after the "Cry Baby, Cry" lines. Serenity disconnects from the derelect vessel and fires up, running away from the Alliance cruiser. Steel guitar and violins. I love that little bit of harmony and want it for my cell phone. Does anyone have it or know where I can get it? I'm no good at making these things myself, but if anyone knows how and can make it (if it's not available anywhere) . . . I'd greatly appreciate it.

Have you got the Firefly soundtrack CD? I don't have it with me, but I just checked the scene on Hulu and I'd swear that bit is on the CD. It would be no problem to make an mp3 from it.

I've listened to the bulk of the soundtrack on Youtube and I can't find it there. It was our introduction to "Serenity" (the ship)! You would think they would have it on there somewhere!

I didn't realize they were on YouTube. And no, "Derelict" isn't what I was expecting it to be. I'll have to listen at home and search for that clip, because it still sounds like something I've heard on the soundtrack...

Thanks for the help!

Everyone, this clip sounds great (with or without the dialog) and would make an awesome ringtone or alert tone!

I didn't think I'd want the dialog in it, but it does sound cool ("Let's moon 'em"). The instrumental version gives you the final notes on the violin which is very nice, too. I'm having trouble deciding which one to use LOL
