Doe's Inara look like a 5 year old in this pic:

Mal: Nice shot.

Jayne: I was aiming for his head.

DarkHood, and familia:

Morena has a highly symmetrical face, small nose and large, wide-set eyes. Studies have shown that these features, along with arched eyebrows, prominent jaw, small chin, clear skin and full lips are common descriptors of beauty. Morena/Inara is rare in that she has all of these features. First time I and all my male friends saw her, we all said variations on, "Oh my God, she's beautiful." She looks like a Kewpie doll, although it should be noted that -- based on photographic evidence -- a significant portion of her allure is due to the cosmetic artists of Firefly. But they do have a rare canvas on which to work.

Respectfully,

zoid

P.S.
Perhaps the most telling measure of Inara's overwhelming beauty is my wife's apparent distaste for her, which almost gets me off the hook for my preferential ogling of Zoe/Gina.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

As my esteemed comrade Zoid said, Morena is a unique beauty and though her natural beauty is enhanced by skilled make up artists, the person upon which they plied their art is exceptional.

I do not think the camera did her justice in the particular pic.

Her Companion training probably started when she was 5 years old.

As was pointed out in another post, a southern virgin is a fast 5 year old.

BrownCoat1:

I personally think Morena is stunning without makeup (reminds me of a girl I once loved). But, in makeup, she may have the most beautiful face I've ever beheld. Of South American descent, she would also have the coloring of a Mediterranean queen whose face launched a thousand ships. They miscast that part for the current Pitt blockbuster, IMO.

Now, if we could only 'womanize' the rest of her body... (zoid realizes he has pulled the pin, but forgotten to throw the grenade. ummm, 'oops')

Seems to me the Greeks prized blond women above all others. Maybe Helen's pop married himself a pretty blond babe from northern Italy - just saying it isn't beyond the realm.

And there ain't no woman in the 'verse beautiful enough to cause the launching of any number of ships. Agamemnon was a war-monger, a conquering king. Menalaus' marital woes just gave him an excuse.

IMO, of course.

You're going to have to define "womanize"

Through the judicious application of subcutaneous fat. (Eat a burger and a shake and shun surgery)

And, yeah, the commentary on the Trojan war was probably more accurate, I was just plagiarizing whilst waxing poetic over Morena's beauty. Remember, Jesus was a white guy with red hair...

Exasperatingly,

Sorry, 1st time I read that, it didn't quite take as it was intended....I subconsciously put 'womanize' and Inara together...and I got...well... never mind what I got.

I'll be in my bunk.

Yes. It says you're a heterosexual male with functional eyesight.

So what're you going to do with this newfound knowledge? Planning on telling your parents?
