I am now the editor of the Costuming section over at http://www.browncoats.com. If you've made a Firefly costume and have pictures to share, I'd love to link to them! Also, if you have suggestions for the site, such as sources for patterns or clothing items that could be used for costuming, please let me know.

Hell's Kitten made a bunch of really shiny Jayne shirts and posted them on this site:

there are also a few Blue Sun t-shirts for sale around the community, mostly in the Trading Post section. i also think there are some that will make you some pistols and suchlike to match the BDH's arsenal.
