I saw a promo for the new season on Ace of Cakes on Food Network a couple of times tonight. I definitely, definitely saw a Serenity cake. The new season of Ace of Cakes premiers on July 19. Unfortunately, the promo was non-specfic as to which cakes will be featured in the premier. foodnetwork.com and charmcitycakes.com have no details about the new episodes so far.

Don't normally watch the show, but would definitely watch it to see a Serenity cake.

I emailed Mary Alice at Charm City Cakes, and I got this reply:

Your eyes did not deceive you - check out the season 7 premiere on Sunday July 19th for a Firefly cake!!

The name of the episode is "Baked Alaska" and it comes on Food Network July 19th at 10:00 EST.
