Just happened to find this article featured on uncyclopedia today.

Why do they always call us "rabid fans"? I don't see us as rabid. Maybe radical or extreme, but please, never rabid.

But could not help but notice how large the page was. Brought up everything you needed to know about Firefly except the scripts. Which would require spoilers.

Actually, I think whoever wrote this article was actually a fan of firefly themselves, because on uncyclopedia people are not kind about things they don't like.

Likely, though entirely dependent on whether, as you questioned, firefly fans are in fact rabid.

I think there's a shot for that, but I'm not so sure I want to take it.

Gettin' old, but still a hippie at heart...

Oh, what fun! Well written and enjoyable, and you're right: much more fun than the regular Wiki.

As to "rabid"...harumph! But it does explain why every poll I went to at which to vote, Firefly, Serenity and the cast members were either first or in the first ten, even after all these years.

Fox has it's brains on backwards...what they haven't "grokked" yet is that virtually everyone exposed to FF/S becomes a "rabid fan". By now they should have figured it out. Idjits!
