I am pleased to announce that Bay Area Aisoft League (BAAL) and Eagle Force
Response Team (EFRT) will be hosting an Airsoft event based on our favorite
'Verse on Saturday October 10th, in San Jose, at the Evergreen field.

The 76th Independent Battalion is listed as a source of information, especially
for Browncoat uniforms.

Registration will open Monday September 28th, on the ERFT web site.

The hosts are looking for those willing to serve as Non Player Chracters (NPCs),
and team leads for Alliance or Independent players.

There will likely be a raffle the proceeds from which are used to help maintain
the site and pay for event expenses. The site is a piece of San Jose city
property, and there is NO admission charge - that's right, no entry fees.

Recruiting fliers for the 76th will be available to players at the event. Other
'Verse affinity groups are welcome.

If this is successful, we plan host this annually. We also hope that a success
here will encourage the other local venues, such as Ft. Ord and Sequoia, to
stage FF themed events.
