So, that link in the OP doesn't work anymore. I know things like this have been posted before for any Browncoats in Hawaii, and I just moved here a few months ago and was wondering the same thing. Are there any here?

Well, I made this group on Yahoo just in case. I was able to make the Charlotte CSTS screening last June and I joined there Yahoo group and they are pretty active, so I thought I would start one for Honolulu and see what happens.
