They can tell what kind of nerves, the fish has and whether there are pain receptors. I'd like to think the little fish didn't feel their demise. I think fish definitely feel "fear" or the fish equivalent but maybe not "pain".

Either way, the thought of them dying in a fire is a tad gruesome. And these were NICE tropical fish. Clowns, angels, a puffer, an assorted other exotics. There as a coloring page for the little kids of the puffer and they would write him notes that the restaurant would post. Poor puffer.

Traveler: Some of my clocks are now correct, others are now incorrect. I realy only changed two clocks in the house (out of like 5) and the car clock.

lol my car clock is ridiculous. The day I got a letter in the mail saying my car was all paid off the clock display thing started to get all wonky. It's just a digital display. So the little bars that make up the numbers started going out a few at a time. By now I might get the hour to show up. But it can also show ridiculous things like if it's 10:00 it might say 17: because part of the 0 is gone. So, for me changing the car clock is kinda pointless.

No way am I spending a ton of money for a repair place to take the whole dashboard apart just to fix that. Luckily the radio portion of the display still works fine.

If I had a Delorian I'd be ruler of the world by now. I wouldn't hesitate to jump all over time and change stuff.

That's a good ponder. What would you change if you could travel through time?

It might be a major pain trying to stop something like World War I or II. So many factors went into them that it would take a ton of changes to stop them. Something like 9/11 would be a pretty easy fix though. So, that would be a good one to stop. Plenty of stuff like that to fix. Oklahoma city bombing, Columbine, etc.

I'd definitely make myself rich. Just go back and invest in all the right stocks at all the right times and put all the money in a bank account for myself. Plus I'd tell young me to become friends with the chick in grade school who ended up being a total hottie in college. :-)

I wonder what would happen if you travel way into the future to find out what technology we have by then. Like cures for cancer and stuff that you could bring back.

Seems like having a time machine would make ones life extremely busy.

I'd be afraid to change much because I might not end up where I am now and I really love where I am now. I might try to convince myself to invest my inheritance not buy a house so I'd still have the money

Much as I'd like to prevent things like the Holocaust again changing one thing might change a bunch of positive things too...

LOL Good point... as long as I have that... hmm ok I want money loads of it so we can have Firefly Island. Also I would go back and find some way to gain cotnrol of Fox's tv division and give Firefly proper promotion and a 3 season deal. I figure by then it'd be so hugely popular it could go on indefinitely...

As cool as the delorean is, I vote we go for the flying train model of time travel. We can fit more people on and gather a crew to go cause our profitable havok.
