Ballad of Serenity chords for ukulele?

I'm having a hard time finding the chords for the Ballad of Serenity for the ukulele, can anyone help me out? Thanks.

The Hero of Canton would be fun on the uke, too. But I don't want to push my luck.

I found some chords for the songs, but they don't sound right. Time to tinker (and watch Jaynestown over and over).
