Hello!

Anybody out there know how to add a link to an item in the Blue Sun Room?

I have noticed that a number of stories in the Blue Sun Room have convenient links to other chapters of the story, prequels, sequels, and such.

I would really like to add links to my stories to make it convenient for readers to go from one chapter to another. I tried following the advice posted in the "Handy Fic Formatting Guide" posted by mal4prez. Unfortunately, the method recommended there didn't seem to work.

I've tried asking around various ways. Mostly no response. And the problem persists.

If anyone knows how to do this, or even if your answer is, "Give up, it can't be done here," I'd really appreciate some information.

I once sent mail to Haken because links that had been working in my older fic chapters suddenly didn't. I'm pretty sure it was a security thing, related to spammers messing up the site. I'm guessing he gave my account or my chapters special permission, declared me officially not a troll if you will, so the html tags would process.

So you might drop Haken a note, see if he can do the same for you.

Or I could be totally wrong, and the suggestions I put in my thread could be outdated. I have indeed fallen behind on my tech-savvy over the past few years.

But the links I put in my recent fic chapters work, so if it helps, here's an example taken directly from my BS chapter 22: (Look at reply-with-quote to see it properly.)
