Could you please just make it stranger? Stranger. Odder. Could be weirder. More bizarre. How about uncanny?

Excellent voting battle again this week, but it looks like the Independents and Purplebellies alike have lost to the cannibalistic ravages of those who would eat your wife...soup... ;)

Congrats to Reaverina1985Riviera! Long time player, winner of more than a couple of rounds of Caption Tightpants, and frankly the nicest space savage you'll ever meet*

Now that we've had some comedy, let's move on to some comic-ry (what? it's a word...now...) and a little Shepherd's Tale scene just begging to be captioned (and just in time for Easter, too!)

Book(thinking): With enough spices, a man could survi--ok, who am I kidding? This mystery meal smells like crotch.

Allright, that's my best shot! Or maybe not! Either way, it's your job to do better! Make us laugh, make us cry, make us groan in pain, no matter what, we will have a winner, but how we get there is the worthier part! ;)

Now for a screeeeam: Why do all the good bits disappear
under the right-side vertical unless the poster uses a hard
return partway across rather than letting the wrap do the
job???????????

edirt to add that the fly soup answer is exactly what a member
of my party got at a table in Vienna years ago. The waiter
then offered to bring "another kind of soup" if that one was
not pleasing. Must've happened a lot.
