What's the connection?

For those of you who haven't seen the movie, I'm going to try to do this in "spoiler" mode...

As Alice is walking out of the facility at the end, and the security officer monitoring the cameras sees her. All the monitors show her face, and she looks right at the camera, and the guards starts bleeding from his nose, eyes, mouth... just like the HoB weapon does...

Even more bizarre... I THINK the same guy played in both RE:A and Ariel...
