I've decided to set out to collect autographed pictures of the two people who have inspired me most to start studying filmmaking. Joss Whedon & Tim Minear. Joss??? not to tough to find. Tim??? that's a different story. So I look to you fellow Browncoats for help.

I'm pretty sure, just guessing here, you could mail a request to Mutant Enemy and one will show up... eventurally.

Am I right?

Right now I'm enrolled in a two year course. Not certified. It's more just to see if I'll stick with it. It's only $14 a course. hey do have a certification option, I may look into. It's at http://www.genusx.com/

a real good way to tiptoe in without major cash output.

Cool. I live in north Dallas. We're probably only 3 - 4 hours away, It only takes me about 40 minutes to get to the OK boarder.

Shiny! I went to college in Lewisville. I have a few friends down in that area. We should try to organize some future events. Do you have many Browncoats in your area? I love to hear about all the Shindigs that everybody is having but us North TX & OK folks got nothing so far. Shindigs are a must. TenthCrewMember donated some of his Zazzle shirts to the cause as door prizes. I'm sure if we could put it together I could donate a few shirts from my shop.

That would be awesome. I live one mile from Lewisville lake, on the east side.

I went to a firefly meet up thing in plano last month. There were about 14, I think, that showed up. They meet about once a month at a restaurant. A shindig would be great though. We need one in our part of the country.

Hmmmmm. I am so in agreement. It's time the TX OK Browncoats had a Shindig. After all who's more western than us? Course I got no idea how to get something put together. I know about 8 folk up here that would gladly participate. This is the start of a good thing. Been to Lewisville Lake a few times. To recruit we should start a post looking for TX & OK Browncoats. See who bites?

Sounds like a good idea. I'll let you start the post. I know the people here that meet up every month would love to come also. I bet we could get quite a few people to show.
