Does anybody know of the Free Comic Book Day 2012 comic is collected in any of the trades?

I don't have a printed copy to prove it, but the wiki says this free comic is collected in Serenity - Volume 4: Leaves on the Wind (HC) Nov 5, 2014. It is most likely true because the cover painting for the hardcover is the same as the cover for the free comic, even though the free comic is not mentioned in the description of the book's contents.
