Does anybody know beyond the US release date? I am specifically interested in the Australian release date.

Sep. 30th - USA
Oct. 6th - Netherlands
Nov. 2nd - Belgium, France
Nov. 4th - Norway, Sweden, UK
Nov. 10th - Australia
Nov. 11th - Finland
Nov. 17th - Argentina
Nov. 24th - Czech Republic, Germany
