Hey, Phoenix (and surrounding area) Browncoats!

Samurai Comics in downtown Phoenix will once again be hosting a Firefly/ Serenity event on Saturday, July 9 starting at 4pm and going until 8ish (or as long as people want to stay-- the store is open until midnight). The last couple of meetings were a ton of fun, and I see no reason to break that habit now!

We will be hanging out, viewing episodes, and generally having a good time. You’re welcome to bring snacks, but we need to be courteous and make sure that we clean up after ourselves. If you want some of the pizza that we'll be ordering, bring some cash to cover your share. The store also has drinks and other snacks for sale.

- Joss sings

- movie trailer

This will be an opportunity to meet and hang out with fellow Browncoats, as well as hopefully create some new ones. :) I hope to see you there! Everyone is welcome to come!

I'm buying a newer car with a lot fewer miles on it next month and will look forward to joining you guys in the future. I have a friend from school in Phoenix that I want to go and see so I will make a weekend of going to Phoenix.
