Besides the Zoe discrepancy there is also an infamous Book discrepancy between Meria (as found in IMDB and the Serenity: First Look preview) and Derrial (as found in the Serenity script and novelization).

KRAD posted that the name was Derrial in the script and subsequently, the novelization, in a discussion of Book's name on the 'Versal Board.

As for the movie, (not really spoilers - just being vigilant):

Books name is in the BDM, in written form, however many people swear they have seen different names. (Besides Meria and Derrial, there have been claims of variations like Nerria, Deria, Derria...what have you.)

The Serenity website is listing Zoe's last name as Warren. She doesn't seem to me like the type to change her name once she gets married. Color me confused about which is the "right" name.

...ETA: I just realized this was redundant.
