Okay, I've tried, I really have, but I can't help myself. I have to brag.

I've waited a week. I think that's noble enough.

I went with my fiance and my mother. We had to drive over an hour to get there (pfft, like I cared?) and I was so hyped up that I made everyone leave incredibly early.

As in, we got there at 6 and it didn't start 'til 9. Which was okay, 'cause we went and had dinner (and I got myself happy on a passion margarita) and wasted some time.

We waited in that little cinema for an hour, watching every one come in. It was surprisingly easy to spot the Firefly fans. One guy even had a replica of Jayne's hat.

I wanted him to walk past me so I could say "That hat makes you look like an idiot", but he didn't, so I didn't.

We were first in line.

Security? I have *never* seen so much security for one movie before. Seriously. They got us to line up, one by one, check our mobiles in with them, then ran those metal detector things over us.

I've flown across the country with less security than that.

Every single seat was taken.

Let me tell you, there's nothing better than watching such a great movie when it's packed out with true fans.

Let's face it, the world is split into two groups... those who get Joss and those who don't. A whole cinema of people who get Joss?

Makes a great audience.

We all laughed, gasped, nearly cried, sat on the edges of our seats... the energy generated was just amazing.

The whole thing left me breathless and giddy.

It's very cruel that we have to wait another 28 days now. I think it's almost worse now that I've seen it, 'cause I know how good it is.

Okay, that's over, and I can't really say much more without spoiling the lot of you, so I won't.

I can't wait until we can all start TALKING about this thing.
