Where? Star Pizza (on Norfolk), second floor the smaller room

When? Saturday, October 1 at 2 PM

Featuring Special Guest, Cedric of the Bedlam Bards.
www.bedlambards.com

Cedric has agreed to play for us at this weekends shindig, in honor of the premiere. Star pizza has kindly agreed to let Cedric perform there and reserved us a room all our own (with overflow privilidges)
The Bedlam Bards are working on a Firefly/ Serenity inspired CD, and Cedric is kind enough to come play for us.

Folks its only fair we pay for his travel expenses for this I am asking that everyone contribute to this, we need $200 to give him this weekend to cover travel costs. .

Cedric will also have cd's available ( I hope because I am wanting some of his music for my collection) I will let him fill in what he will have.

Around 5 O'clock we will move the party to the Edwards Weslayan theater so we can all watch Serenity together (again for those who have seen it) teh theater has also given its blessing for us to show up early and shindig in the lobby with music.
I'm gonna say the 7 pm showing as that gives everyone ample time to join us

Costumes are welcome please keep them within decency standards, and nothing terribly disruptive to everyone else around us.

Bring your flyers, your floral bonnets, bring your gorram smiles, folks, we did the impossible, we are STILL FLYING! and that makes us mighty. now lets show the world, You can't stop the signal
Don't forget to bring your friends!

Please also remember this movie is BRUTAL it's pg-13 but it pushes that a bit further than most pg-13. Please leave the younglings at home

Now... lets aim to misbehave!

I'm going to ask my parents if it's cool that I go. I live in North Houston though so it might be a bit of a drive. Sounds like fun. I'm ashamed to admit that I do not own a brown coat though...

sounds shiny...
did I mention we will have several browncoat companions attending? costumes are welcome but not necessary.

I will be in a gold dress inspired by Inara's golddress in the message.
