...because I live in Evanston, Wyoming and I ended up driving city to city searching for a theatre that's playing Serenity and ending up in Sacramento, California which was 10 hours away.

I love my vacations.

You folks who live out West seem to have a totally different concept of "going out to the movies" than we effete Eastern snobs...

If I drove 10 hours I could get to Cleveland, Pittburgh, Toronto, Montreal, anywhere in New England, NY City, Philly, or even DC!

Fortunately Serenity is still playing 1/2 hour from my home. At least until Friday.

Yea well, I'm a bigger geek cause I flew half way across the country to NC (and spend an entire crazy weekend with some other geek-ish browncoats -- and I know some of them flew in from even farther away) to see Serenity on opening night. I'm not sure if it makes me more or less of a geek that this trip was planned down the last detail. Nearly a year in advance.
