Hey, Browncoats, the official Fox website for Firefly still allows you to join the Firefly Fan Club. I've joined and I hope everyone else does too, just so Fox can see how many fans they've disappointed by cancelling the show and maybe, by some miracle, it will help get it resurrected again. It can't hurt. Plus, they're supposed to inform you if there is any news about the show...like maybe if they ever plan to air the 3 unaired episodes.

I joined. So far I've received nothing other than the initial welcome message. Well, I did start getting emails on all sorts of Fox announcements, but you can go back and pick just the shows you want to know about.

I signed up for the Fan Club about 1.5 weeks ago. Checked off the bits that indicated I didn't want to receive any updates on any other shows, etc. So far I've not heard anything past the initial "welcome" message. Oddly enough, my SPAM density has not increased at all. However, I've not heard any news on the show. As others have said, though, it couldn't hurt for Fox (gorram, muther-humping....) to see the amount of interest. Nothing in my experience indicates that there's any harm in signing up, so...

We'll rise again!

the fan club used to be more active, but it has lost its will lately. theres been a lot of discouragement. but they do periodically send out letters, its how i found out about this site.
