I’ve been thinking about this and well apart from being the most amazing T.V. program of all time there must be some reason why so many people like Firefly and it be all be a trick what do you all think

I got the DVD today bout time too

Who knows? Wouldn't be too surprised. If it was would you still watch it? Of course! Ahem anyways, I think Joss' writing, particularly the dialogue was something that Joss has mastered. Lucas could never get that right and look at Star Wars. Joss also made the characters relateable. Since there are 9 main ones, anyone should be able to relate to at least one of them. Lastly, I think to have the freedom that Mal and crew does, to go about life their own way is something everyone desires so it's another reason to love it.
