Never heard of anything happening in my state, I'm just wondering if there are any others around here, and (if there are) if there are any plans to do something here, perhaps on this Serenity day thing I keep on hearing about.

We have a household of three Browncoats in Harpswell, Maine. The little guy is only 10 weeks old, but he's seen most of the series, and SERENITY.

Whedon fans seem to be like hens'teeth here in Maine. Could have a lot to do with Maine not having a WB affiliate during the height of BtVS popularity. That said, I have had a patient with a son named Xander after the character.

I'm no closer than Massachusetts, I'm afraid.

There will be a Serenity screening on June 23rd (midnight show, proceeds to charity) in Boston, which I and a number of other Browncoats will be attending. You'd be most welcome to join us if you can make the trek south.

Ayuh - we're here - I have 4 browncoats at my house - Oxford Hills area. I am fulling intending to celebrate June 23 but if something were to come up sooner, we'd be there!

I should point out that on my way to Sunday River (Skiing ended monday of last week, damn the lack of snow) I passed a sign that said Kaylee was born.

Is Kaylee even a name outside of Firefly?

I'm in South Portland if anyone cares.

I think that though there are many Portlands in the world mine is the only South Portland, though I'm not sure.
