New Idea to Increase Sales on Serenity Day - Both of them!

Im a regular on Ebay and I have an idea to increase sales on Serenity Day - both of them! Now, this wont increase sales in general, just for the days we are aiming for. Im sure it wont hurt sales, however. Here is the plan: buy them and sell them on Ebay!

Details:
from 3/27-4/27 there were 775 auctions for Firefly DVDs and 695 of them sold. The average sale price was 22.33. Now, Amazon is seling them for 24.96, so that is a loss of about $2. Minusing Ebay listing fees, final value fee, and Paypal fees, that is about a $5 loss/DVD. But, since most people charge more for shipping than the item actually costs to ship, the loss will probably be closer to $2 total/DVD.

Some DVD will sell higher than others (totally depends on time sold, etc) but in general, this seems like a great way to increase sales on one particular day. It might even cause more people to buy them (Ebay instead of regular means) and it would also allow us to SUPPORT THIS SITE! The only catch is that some of us should hold onto the DVDs for a while so that Ebay isnt flooded all at one time, driving the price down. Hopefully we will have them all unloaded by Sept 30 for round 2! See how great this plan is!
