Woohooo!

I've been waiting on this one awhile. Best sci-fi movie of all time IMHO. Can't wait to see it with all Ridley Scott's final touches.

Well, I'm a little confused actually. It sounds like they're re-releasing the original with better sound and video transfer, and then after four months replacing it with the long awaited Ridley Scott cut of the film. This was supposed to have happened several years ago, but was bogged down by evil lawyerism. I hope the real director's cut is what we'll be getting.

Sounds like the new cut will be on the big screen as well. Funny how Blade Runner was relatively unsuccessful at the box office, but is now considered a true classic. Typical, I guess.

I'll believe it when I see it.

This has been going on so long and we've been told so many times that it looked like it would happen, that I feel like Charlie Brown with that F-ing football. Ain't tricking me again!

If I understand correctly, it'll have the original theatrical cut on a disk as well. I'm looking foward to being able to view it in all it's incarnations.

Love it with the voiceover; love it without Chrisisall
