A bunch of Firefly episodes and actors are up for awards this year: http://www.syfyportal.com/news.php?id=2701

We can vote once a day for 30 days. They said the voting should start on July 10th, but I dont see it up yet. Hopefully soon. Lets get some excitement generated about this so when it comes up, we will win! How cool would it be if Firefly won after 4 years of being off television! Lets makes it happen! Here are the categories that Firefly is in:

Gina Torres, "Serenity" for best supporting actress, movie

Kinda saddens me that Gina and Summer are against each other, but I am very happy that Gina got a nod, and Adam too. I've been feeling that the actors besides Nathan and Summer have been overlooked. Not that Nathan and Summer don't deserve every bit of praise they are recieving -- they were amazing (not to mention, they had the big roles). But everyone else was amazing, too. Grrr. Why can't they have a best ensemble category? Then I could vote for all of them!
