Back when FOX still hosted the official Firefly page, there was a project in the works, modeling Serenity as an

Unreal Tournament 2003 map. I can't find the official page anymore, so I was wondering if you lovely people were in the know on this topic.

Sorry if someone's already mentioned this, but this forum's search function isn't easy to find, if it exists at all.

I'd like to know if anybody ever got the skins to work. I downloaded and messed with them for awhile but could never get it to work.

If you did, how'd they look? Did you like 'em? Does it make it better if you see Jayne when it says Head Shot! and then does a little victory dance?

I just spent all morning trying to find that map with no luck at all. The first link that ZaphodB lists talks about it but I'm still no closer to finding it.

Thanks for the links, Zaphod. I wrote a letter just a little bit ago to Skinwalker askin' him about it. Hopefully he'll be able to shed some light on the situation.

On his site, he's got a couple of screenshots of the bridge he modeled. I forgot to mention it to him, but he's missing the "Stairway to nowheres" they've got up in the front. If anyone could make an accurate model of Serentiy, I figure it'd be Skinwalker, him as got to tour the Serenity set for the very purpose of modeling it. The "Geek to game" project site had some nice screenies with good detail, like the sign above Kaylee's quarters. To see an inconsistency like this kinda worries me that the project was just plain dropped.

I don't think he ever did get around to finishing the map and even said something to that effect. I tried searching for it, but came up empty handed also.
