If you had a Pinnacle PCTV High Definition PCI Tuner Card, this wouldn’t be an issue. You’d run to that computer with at least a Pentium 4 2.2 GHz (Pentium 4 2.8 GHz recommended for Hi-Def) and about 512 MB of RAM and an open PCI 2.3 slot. Right away you’d be getting NTSC, ATSC and ClearQAM through the included antenna or your pre-existing cable box. You’d even be recording that signal in the file format of your choice with VideoSpin editing software. You’d be busy learning all about who those blue hand guys really were, and not wasting time in a jail cell for breaking into your neighbor’s house to watch TV.
