Hi Browncoats,

There is going to be a shindig in Orlando from March 24 to March 28. We wanted to extend the invitation to our friends here at Fireflyfans.net.

The shindig will be in Orlando, Florida the last weekend in March (25th - 28th). So far, we have approximately 25 Browncoats attending. Some people are staying at other Browncoat's homes, the rest are staying at the Adam's Mark hotel located at the Florida Mall. Here is what we have planned so far:

Thursday, March 25

- Evening meeting at Cyby's house for a BBQ (for those of you with an early arrival)

Friday, March 26

- Meet and greet at Adam's Mark hotel for brunch (11am-2pm)
- Firefly fun and games
- Browncoat activities (postcards, convert stories, etc...)
- Firefly watching during breaks
- Working on catering for dinner

Saturday, March 27

- Theme park day! (Islands of Adventure seems to be the favorite being a Universal park and all)
- 'None' day (list of 'other' activities to be posted shortly for those who do not want to do the parks)
- Dinner at an Orlando restaurant (to be announced most likely will be one on International Dr.)

Sunday, March 28

- Breakfast and farewells
- Mingling and resting for the rest of the day

Note: We need to have a final headcount and arrival dates by March 1st.
