Hey everyone,
I apologize if this is posted some where else. I was wondering if Joss was going to use the actors that were in the TV show to play the characters in the movie. I hope he will but I can understand that the actors will have prob. found other jobs.
Let me know what you all think

Well, I don't know. But I can tell you this.

Alan Tudyk (Wash) took the big red button (the one he was referring to when he told Mal "When your miracle gets here, you just press this button and we'll come running") after the show was cancelled and mailed it to Joss saying "When your miracle gets here, you just press this button..."

So, in my opinion, they'll come. they loved working on the set, nathan said himself "This is the best job I've ever had. the BEST".

"I do the job... and then I get paid. Go run your little world."

Joss has already stated that he'll only do the movie if he can have the original cast. At the DVD release party/convention, all of the actors in attendance said that they would definitely be there for the movie, Nathan Fillion even said he would 'cancel dialysis' to do it.

MAL
Good. Thanks for the update.

www.summer-glau.com claims that the original cast will appear in their original roles as on the show. Where this website got this information from is unknown but it seems likely that it is true.

Oh, and play Cantr II at www.cantr.net.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I have no doubt that the entire original cast will be there. As Shiny said, each actor/actress at the LA Convention w/ Joss said they would definitely do the movie.

"May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one."

Thanks everyone! I feel much better knowing that. IMO..it wouldn't be the same if the Nathan F. and everyone wasn't in the movie.

Have a good day:)
