I'm sure Nathan's name on it brought some views by people who didn't know what the series was, but Uncharted isn't exactly unknown, with every installment getting critical acclaim and the 2nd game in the series being put on many "greatest games of all time" lists. I rarely ever play new games as I prefer retro stuff, but even I knew a little bit about the series.

It's pretty cool seeing an adaptation like this though. Video games in the past have kind of been shit on as an inferior medium, and the movies they spawn are usually crap. I'm of the mind that in the next 20 years as the technology improves that games and movies are going to see so much overlap that they're more just Interactive Movies than anything else.


We've come a long way since Super Mario Bros. the movie. And that's not even a dig at that flick since I'm apparently one of the only people in the world who actually liked that one.
