Cool. I have to admit I wasn’t expecting much from the show, but was pleasantly surprised by it. I’m looking forward to season 2.

What I saw of it after I moved I liked. So am looking forward to seeing a whole season of it.

I also look forward to another season. I liked the first. Not as formulaic as many others.

Apparently there has been some trouble behind the scenes. The lady who played Nathan's character's training officer has left the show. So we shall have to see how they handle that.

I really thought that the entire storyline from the first season lent towards that character going elsewhere as a natural course.

Last night's episode was essentially a same-day continuation of the final episode of the first season.
By definition, that seems quite the cliffhanger.

I understood that from watching the episode last night. But it made me wish that I could have seen the whole first season.

You can't get it at the library? Nathan is a Canadian citizen, there ought to be a law requiring his shows to be available.

I've been seeing some clips from this coming week's "Cast from the past" on ABC shows.
Only once did I see a clip for Rookie, with Seamus Dever getting pulled over by Nathan. He was Ryan on Castle.
But since that clip has only been seen once by me, there may be other clips not shown or seen yet, perhaps involving a BDH from one of Nathan's past shows. Like Firefly.

Dever's appearance does not yet show up in imdb listings.

Tonight's episode seems to be The Night General. Also features Ali Larter.

I was a little off.

ABC's Cast From The Past week starts today, not yesterday.
So the Rookie episode with Dever is next week, which seems to be titled "The Bet".

Looks like Jon Huertas is also guesting, he was Javier on Castle.
