Roswell season 1 dvd problem

I was watching the second disc on the set and noticed something. On the 4th episode of the disc, Blood Brother, near the end where Alex walks into Topolskys office to hack her computer there is a lot of noticeable static while he's talking. Just wondering, did anyone else have that same problem on their copy?
