Hey!

Just wanted to introduce myself! I'm a newbie here. And I'm also relatively new to Firefly. After being a long-time devoted Buffy & Angel fan, decided to follow Joss on his works, and at the weeked purchased the Firefly DVD set! Ive seen the first eleven episodes so far and [bI LOVE IT!!!!

I'm completely in love with River, hence my name PsychicRiver! The characters are just so multi-leveled and interesting, and the stories are so fun! My Favourite episodes so far are Serenity, Bushwacked and Ariel.

It's such a gorram shame this show was cancelled! I have big hopes for the movie, and I hope that those TV Bosses will be begging Joss for a Firefly Season 2, after the movie has great success.

Oh, a question; I've seen a few promotional pics for the film, but in them didn't spot Inara or Book. Are they in the film?

As to Inara and Book, they will be both be in the movie, but I am beginning to suspect that both may have limited screen time.

I too bought the DVD set like you. I had no idea what/how good Firefly was..just knew Joss was involved and I gave it a chance when I saw it at walmart. Best 40 bucks I've ever spent.

Also, still learning, so...sorry for the fact that there are two of these posts! Just ignore the other one, I don't know how to delete it.

I might finish off the last 4 episodes of Firefly tonight (But I don't want it to end!) and then move on to the Special Features! Commentaries look very promising! I can't believe theyve given us commentaries on half of the episodes! There is a god!

EDIT: And bollox! Why is my profile pic thing not showing up? How do you do it?
