For a while I was afraid that this movie would end up like "Catwoman". Films based on DC comic book characters have a bad history of being bombs or just mediocer(sp?).

The people behind the X-Men movies really screwed up, they coulda got Whedon and got fans really jazzed up, and instead later announced someone who made the X-Men fan community give a collective 'Who?'. Good news for Wonder Woman fans, though.
